Since 2016, the company has put forward the policy of learning Amiba, lean management and qualified employees. It has introduced systematic Amiba and lean management courses to guide all cadres to change actively and have the ability to change.
From March 11 to 12, 2017, the company invited Professor Gao Ran, a senior business consultant of Daocheng Consulting Group, to conduct a two-day and one-night in-house training on "Amiba Business Principles and Practice". After the internal training, plus three outbound training last year, the company's department heads and established second-level bus chiefs have all participated in systematic and professional training of Amiba business principles.
The fundamental purpose of Amiba's management is to cultivate talents and business talents with the same ideas as entrepreneurs. Change employees from passively receiving orders to working in their respective jobs to contribute to their Amiba and even to the company as a whole.
